the teen male author has some confused concepts on pectoral muscles and how bras are measured

• if pecs grow, your titties might be higher on your chest because the base muscle is now stronger and supports them better, but with a significant pec bump, you might also experience a band size increase, which would decrease your cup size
• cup size is determined by breast tissue volume against a flat measurement of the chest, and breast tissue is fat! it's one of the first places that people lose fat if they're losing weight!
• high aerobic activities like superhero running experience higher fat metabolism
• if anything, endowment of Flash powers would be accompanied by dropping cup sizes because of everything above
• also, running with large breasts? unbelievably annoying and distracting, and the first thing that your protagonist would do is find the most high-intensity squishdown sports bra that money can buy if she's running over 2,500 mph and doesn't want the fat deposits on her chest to generate enough kinetic energy to break the planet's escape velocity
