Natural Time Currency in Large Projects

In a natural time currency (ntc) economy, we investigate if and how large individual projects (e.g. a house) can be afforded.

Let the equivalent of a modern house cost an equivalent of 10k hours. Within a year, an individual can earn 8k (365 d * 24 h) from basic income and another 3k (365 d * 8 h) from own work.

This shows that an individual can obtain a house from his own income.

The workers and material suppliers receive adequate shares for their contributed man hours.
