Tämä harmitti heti pelin alusta, eikä peli missään vaiheessa pystynyt tähän toiveeseen vastaamaan. Ikävä kyllä pelin maailma oli keskivaiheilla pitkään itseään toistavaa ja hyvin samankaltaista.
Pelin pulmat olivat todella yksinkertaisia ja menivät eteenpäin ilman sen kummempia pähkäilyjä. Pähkäilyä pelissä aiheutti sen sokkeloisuus ja yhdistettynä keskivaiheen yksitoikkoiseen teemaan onnistuin välillä sekoittamaan suunnat ja joutakin paikkoja joutui etsimään, kun niistä oli juuri kulkenut ohi, mutta ei tahtonut enää löytää takaisin, kun paikkaan ihan oikeasti olisi pitänyt päästä. Tämä aiheutti jonkin verran turhautumista.
Pelihahmo liikkuu todellla hitaasti ja varsinkin alussa jopa juoksu tuntui turhauttavan hitaalta. Ehkä sillä oli tarkoitus luoda tunnelmaa tai omat aivoni olivat vain tottuneet nopeatempoisempaan liikkumiseen. Ajan kanssa hitauteen kuitenkin tottui, eikä se enää häirinnyt kuin paikoin.
Taistelu pelissä on todella kökkö ja tuntui vain keinotekoiselta pelin vaikeuttajalta. Aseet sinänsä olivat jännän näköisiä ja pelin idea aseista oli mielenkiintoinen. Sitä verotti kuitenkin turhan paljon mekaniikka, jossa jopa lähitaisteluaseella täytyi pitää tähtäintä käytössä, jos asetta halusi käyttää. Lisäksi aseen vaihto oli kovin hidasta, mikä teki taistelusta kankeaa. Tähän yhdistettynä hahmon yleinen hitaus ja paikottainen tuskastuminen oli taattua.
Vaikka taistelu itsessään oli kökkö, idea aseista ja parantamisesta oli mielenkiintoinen. Ammuksia ja parannuksia oli ripoteltu juuri oikealla tavalla, jotta niistä ei olisi ylitarjontaa, mutta toisaalta peli ei kävisi kökön taistelumekaniikan ohella ammusten loppumisen takia liian vaikeaksi.
Olisin halunnut tykätä pelistä enemmän kuin siitä nyt pidin. Pelissä tuntui olevan kasattuna monenlaisia ideoita, jotka kuitenkin ovat hieman jääneet hiomattomiksi ja jollain tapaa keskeneräisiksi. Pelissä olisi ollut potentiaalia enempäänkin kuin mitä se nyt pystyy tarjoamaan. Näyttävä taideteos hienolla lopulla, jota kuitenkin vaivaavat moninaiset eriasteiset viat ja ne syövät pelikokemusta.
