Chego de correr uns 80', ao xeito do corpo, por terreo variado e un pouquiño de desnivel. A sensación era de ir correndo fácil, deixando fluír tanto as pernas como a cabeza, e así ocurréuseme abrir este blog en Plume, un xeito de escribir todas esas cousas nas que vas pensando mentras corres, esas cousas que cando estás correndo che parecen moi boa idea, unha pensada xenial, pero que dúas horas despois (sen as endorfinas) cres que non lle interesará a ninguén, convertirase nunha idea pretenciosa.
Entrarán tamén reflexións personais sobre esto de correr a pe, crónicas de carreiras e eventos nos que participo (si, tamén), opinións sobre calquer tema de alimentación, saúde, etc.
Pois aquí estarán, ti decides si paga a pena ler.
Hoxe choveume algo, unha chuvia moi agradable, morna e suave. Había meses que non me mollaba corredo. Enchoupei ate os pés, pois ía con sandalias, e a herba mollada tamén está morna :D
