Las carátulas o portadas de las cassettes las hago con el estupendo programa libre Inkscape. Primero busco por Internet la portada original de la cinta y añado algunos apuntes personales, fechas, logos, tipo de la cinta y equipo de música donde hice la grabación. Después envío la imagen en JPG a imprimir en la tienda.
Imprimo en papel normal A4 a color y recorto cada imagen.
A continuación, con cuidado y con ayuda de cinta de embalar transparente pego los diseños en la cassette, después recorto los excesos de cinta con el cutter de punta fina.
Sin olvidar recortar los agujeros de las bobinas del cassette!
Así me queda esta banda sonora de la serie de televisión Nikita (1996).

Es la banda sonora de una serie francesa que jamás he visto pero que César compró en 1998 mientras vivía en Canadá. Después cuando fuimos Richard y yo a verle era la música que sonaba en el radiocassette casi todo el tiempo en el cuarto de aquella típica casa americana entre petas de maría, partidas al Duke Nukem y porciones de pizza a 1 dolar.En esta versión grabada en una cinta Basf tipo I de 90 min. (original de 2002) También incluye algunos temas del compositor francés Eric Serra (“El quinto elemento”, “El profesional”) para rellenar los minutos de silencio entre cada lado de la cinta.
Una banda sonora que tenía en el ordenador, que escucho a veces y que he grabando en cassette para guardar en mi biblioteca personal de música siempre a mano.
