NearDrop is a partial implementation of Google's Nearby Share on macOS

Google’s Nearby Share for Android and Windows makes it easier to share files. NearDrop is the unofficial Nearby Share app for macOS.

Limitations:

  • Receive only (for now)

  • WiFi only

  • Visible to everyone on your network at all times while the app is running
